Refund & Reprint Policy
At SNS ID Solutions, every product is custom printed based on the data, design and artwork you approve. Because of this personalised nature, our policy balances fairness to you with the realities of bespoke production. Please read carefully before placing an order.
In short: We reprint at no cost if the defect is our fault. Refunds are offered only for orders we cannot fulfil. Errors in approved artwork are not refundable.
1. Manufacturing Defects — Free Reprint
We will reprint the defective pieces at no charge if you report any of the following within 7 days of delivery, supported by clear photos / videos:
- Faded, smudged, blurry or misaligned print
- Wrong paper / material grade against what was quoted (e.g. sticker instead of PVC)
- Physical damage caused by our packaging
- Incorrect quantity delivered (missing pieces)
- Significant colour mismatch vs. the approved mockup
The reprinted pieces will be dispatched within our standard production lead time after your claim is verified.
2. Errors in Approved Artwork — Not Refundable
Once you approve the design mockup over WhatsApp or email, production begins. The following are not eligible for free reprint or refund:
- Spelling mistakes in names or designations present in the approved proof
- Wrong photos against names (where data was provided by you)
- Incorrect roll numbers, class or grade in the source data file
- Colour expectations that were not specified in writing before approval
- Change of requirement after approval (e.g. "we want a different template now")
In these cases, we will happily re-print the affected pieces at our production cost (typically 40–60% of original rate) as a goodwill gesture.
3. Order Cancellation
- Before design approval: You may cancel and receive a full refund of any advance paid, minus a flat ₹500 design/administrative fee (waived for orders under ₹10,000).
- After design approval, before production: 50% of order value is refundable, as design time and material blocking has already occurred.
- After production has started: The order is non-cancellable and non-refundable, because your items cannot be resold to anyone else.
4. Undelivered Orders
If we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances entirely on our side (e.g. machine breakdown, supplier failure with no workaround), we will:
- Offer a new delivery date within a reasonable timeframe, or
- Issue a 100% refund of the amount received.
5. Damage in Transit
We take great care while packaging, but if the outer carton is visibly damaged when the courier arrives, please do one of the following:
- Refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to us, or
- Accept it but take photos of the damaged packaging and damaged pieces within 24 hours and share them with us.
Damaged pieces will be reprinted and dispatched free of charge once we have verified the claim.
6. How to Raise a Claim
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through any of these channels. Include your order reference, school/company name, and clear photos of the issue.

7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method:
- UPI / IMPS / NEFT: 1–3 business days
- Credit / debit card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
- Cheque: 7–10 business days by courier
8. Exceptions
No refund or reprint is offered for:
- Natural wear & tear of cards / badges over time
- Damage caused by moisture, mishandling or aggressive use after delivery
- Change in school policy, student strength or event plans after the order is dispatched
